We appreciate your continued support and want to make your live shopping experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

To keep things fair and organized for everyone, we offer two checkout options for merchandise claimed during our live shopping events.

💖 Option 1: Checkout After Each Live — No Deposit Required

Customers who prefer to pay after each live can continue shopping as usual.

  • Claim your merchandise during the live.

  • Complete your checkout after the live ends.

  • No basket deposit is required.

  • You do not need to participate in the monthly basket-holding program.

This option is perfect for customers who prefer to pay for their purchases immediately.

🛍️ Option 2: Monthly Basket Holding — $30 Deposit

Customers who prefer to claim merchandise throughout the month and combine their purchases into one checkout may choose our monthly basket-holding option.

A $30 deposit is required to secure your basket for the month.

Here's how it works:

  • Pay your initial $30 deposit when starting your monthly basket.

  • Continue claiming eligible merchandise throughout the month.

  • Your deposit will be applied directly toward your final basket total.

  • Your remaining balance must be paid by the end of the month.

  • No repeated checkout reminders will be sent during the month as long as your basket remains within its deposit limit.

Your deposit is NOT an additional fee. It is an advance payment toward your merchandise.

💰 Monthly Basket Limits & Additional Deposits

To ensure merchandise is reserved fairly, the following basket limits apply:

  • $30 deposit: Holds up to $100 in merchandise.

  • $60 total deposits: Required when your basket exceeds $100.

  • $90 total deposits: Required when your basket exceeds $200.

  • At $300: Your basket must be checked out before additional merchandise can be reserved.

Each additional deposit is $30 and is applied toward your final purchase total.

If your basket reaches a new deposit threshold, the additional deposit must be paid before more merchandise can be held.

💕 How Your Deposit Is Applied

Example:

Your merchandise total is $160.

  • Initial deposit paid: $30

  • Additional deposit paid: $30

  • Total deposits paid: $60

  • Remaining merchandise balance: $100

Any applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes will be calculated separately.

All deposits are credited toward your purchases, so you are not paying extra for your merchandise.

⚠️ Deposit & Basket Cancellation Policy

Monthly basket deposits are generally non-refundable if a customer cancels their basket or does not complete checkout.

Deposits secure merchandise that has been reserved specifically for you.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. If you experience an issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss your situation.

Exceptions may be considered individually. Any refunds required by applicable law will be honored.

📦 Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders must be paid in full when the pre-order is placed.

A dedicated checkout link will be provided for pre-order merchandise.

Pre-orders are separate from the monthly basket-holding program and are not covered by your $30 basket deposit.

Because pre-order merchandise is purchased specifically for customers, payment must be received before the supplier order is submitted.

Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

📅 Monthly Basket Checkout Deadline

All monthly baskets must be paid in full by the end of the calendar month.

Monthly deposits do not automatically carry over to the following month.

If your basket has not been paid by the deadline and no arrangements have been made, reserved items may be released for other customers to purchase.

If you need additional time, please contact us before your checkout deadline.

Communication is extremely important, and we are happy to discuss special circumstances whenever possible.
